The Race
The time has come! We're packing our kit, getting the heads straight and hoping the body will follow. Friday morning we're off to Donegal to take on The Race. This is the biggest challenge that most of us will ever face and to get us to the line we'll need the support of all our families, friends and clubmates. Below you'll see the intrepid GoTri Adventurers....... give them all the support you can!!

Limerick Long Course Gala
Big weekend ahead for Team Shannon Masters at the Masters National Long Course Champs in UL Pool, starting Friday night where we haveAoife Ni Fhionnail, Erin O'Donoghue and Edwin Nijs taking on the 1500m freestyle event, regrettably a serious bout of Man Flu is keeping Coach Stephan Teeling Lynch grounded. Get well soon Chief.
On Saturday morning the gala kicks off with the 400m freestyle at 0830am and the full squad from Shannon Masters is as follows; Colette Murphy-Ahern, Bernadette Fagan, Alison Rooney, Erin O'Donoghue, Aoife Ni Fhionnail, Liz Kearney, Eavan McCarthy, Emma Ryan, & Fiona Ward, David Coleman, Declan Murphy, Rae Liston, Giovanni Cabiddu, Diarmuid Hughesand Mick Rooney.

Cycling in Broadford
A number of cyclists are heading to Broadford, Co. Limerick for a race on Saturday for what Mairead described as a flat course! Best of luck to all.
Rock & Road Kinvara
The road runners are heading to the heartland of the Burren on Saturday morning for the Kinvara 10K and Half Marathon. This is aleays a well organised and fun event with some great T=Shirts (long Sleeved) for the entrants. An incentive in itself.
Banner Duathlon
Best wishes to those taking part in the GoTri hosted Banner Duathlon on Saturday. Aoife and her Committee have done some serious work in organising this in what is an opportunity for us to showcase our club. We encourage everyone available to help out on the day - Many hands make light work.
