Congrats to Carolyn Hayes who was first lady home in the Adare 10K on Sunday in 38:29. David Richardson also ran a great race in 12th in a time of 35:15.
Connemara Duathlon
Mariead Elliott and Joanne Flannagan represented the Club is the wilds of Connemara ion Saturday in the National Series Duathlon.
Quilty 5 Mile
The next race in the Clare running series took part in Quilty on Sunday. MArtin Carey was the first GoTri head home in 10th place in a time of 31:03.
