We are very excited to announce that the junior duathlon on March 6th is now open to children aged 6 and up. Distances in the photo attached.

All of the runs will take place within the boundaries of Smithstown Industrial Estate and the cycles will be loops (the number depending on the age of the child) of Smithstown.
The cycle route will be very well marshalled and we will have traffic support from the Shannon Gardaí to ensure a safe race. the junior race will be held after the adult sprint.

14 - 15 Years: 1.9m, 8.8 km, 1.3m
